Returns Policy

We're sure you'll be completely satisfied with your item. However, if there is a problem we do accept returns of unopened and unused product.
1. Before you return, contact us for instructions. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted or will be subject to a $10 administration fee.
2. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We do not accept returns after this point.
3. The return must be received by us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund.
4. Upon receipt of your return, it will be inspected and if we can sell it again, we will refund your money less shipping charges to you and return shipping charges.
5. 15% restocking fee applies.
6. Custom orders such as imprinted work wear are not eligible for return.
7. Sorry, but closeout and liquidation clearance specials may not be returned.
8. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
9. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
10. Special, made to order items, like some fall protection harnesses, cannot be returned. Imprinted products cannot be returned or refunded. No exceptions.

Payment is collected at the time of checkout. If you would like to set up a credit account, please give us a call. We offer Net 15 terms with approved credit and a minimum of $500 orders.

You can expect to receive your shipment in 3-7 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping. Please note that once your order enters our processing system, changes cannot be made nor can the order be cancelled.


Small orders under $50 are assessed a handling fee. For shipping quotes, please add your items to the cart and enter your zip code. Please, no PO Box numbers as most of our shipments go via Ground Services.


Super Saver rates are available for large orders $500+. Our shopping cart will calculate this for you. We reserve the right to chose the best available shipping option. Refused orders will be charged shipping plus a $10 administration fee.
