The 906 medium duty welding blanket is: *a 24 ounce fiberglass, vermiculite/elastomer coated blanket. *has a working temperature of 1000 degrees F making it an excellent choice for heat treating. *is hemmed on all four sides. *has brass grommets at each corner and on 36 inch centers. *offers a working temperature protection rating up to 800 degrees. These blankets are suitable for draping equipment, flooring surfaces or for use as a vertical shield to protect from the spray of sparks and minimal spatter. Best when used on an angle incline of at least 15 degrees.
