Weiler's standard wheel brushes range from 1" to 15" in diameter. Available fill materials include: heat-treated steel, Type 302 stainless steel, brass, bronze and nickel silver wires and a variety of synthetic and natural fibers. There are two basic forms of wire used in wheel brushes: crimped wire for flexibility and light-duty applications and knot wire for more aggressive brushing action. Features include: *the narrow brushing face that allows wire tips access to slots that are to be brushed, normally inaccessible to a wider brush; *flexible brushing action; ability to be used singularly or stacked in multiples; all steel and solid ring construction. Weiler's solid ring construction ensures that the brush will run smoother and last longer, even in the toughest application situations. Applications: Cleaning rust, scale and oxidation. Deburring. Weld Cleaning. Roughening Surfaces. Edge Blending. Surface Preparation.
