Weiler's standard wheel brushes range from 1" to 15" in diameter. Available fill materials include: heat-treated steel, Type 302 stainless steel, brass, bronze and nickel silver wires and a variety of synthetic and natural fibers. There are two basic forms of wire used in wheel brushes - crimped wire for flexibility and light-duty applications and knot wire for more aggressive brushing action. Narrow brushing face which allows wire tips access to slots that are to be brushed, normally inaccessible to a wider brush. Flexible brushing action. Can be used singularly or stacked in multiples. All steel construction. Weiler's solid ring construction ensures that the brush will run smoother and last longer, even in the toughest application situations.
