The MSA Standard V-Gard Slotted Cap uses a polyethylene shell and suspension system that works together as a protection system. This hard cap comes with MSA's Fas-Trac suspension (CSA approved) and has slots that accept all MSA's add-ons. Meets or exceeds the requirements for a Type 1 helmet (top impact) as defined in ANSI Z89.1-2003, Class E, and G. Note: The Standard V-Gard cap is not specifically designed to give protection against lateral blows from the front, side, or rear. Color: Hi-Viz (high visibility) Yellow-Green
