Jackson EQC Journeyman is our entry product into the Auto-Darkening market. With the same basic technology as the more expensive EQC filters, the Journeyman comes in either a fixed shade or a variable shade. The HTLS feature allows for hood-down set-up in low ambient light conditions. Perfect for the weekend or cost-conscious wlder, the Journeyman has an "on" switch with an auto-off feature and uses two "AAA" alkaline batteries. Meets ANSI Z87.1
