The 195R is a non-shock-absorbing rope lanyard designed for positioning and restraint applications. The 195R is available in five unique models that utilize different rope diameters with either nylon or polyester rope.

Materials: Rope Designations by Model:

195R-2 (5/8 inch Spun Nylon)
195R-3 (3/4 inch Filament Nylon)
195R-4 (1/2 inch Filament Polyester)
195R-5 (5/8 inch Filament Polyester)
195R-8 (1/2 inch Filament Nylon)

Splices: A standard four-tuck splice is hand-crafted on each end with a tensile strength equal to that of the rope. The ends of the rope are seared to prevent fraying. The last splice is treated with a nylon-based stiffening agent to prevent the splice from unraveling.

Thimbles: A round, black plastic thimble is used in each lanyard eye to protect the eye from wear.

Minimum Tensile: 5,000 lbs (22kN)

Sizes Available: 25 feet, 50 feet, 75, and 100 feet lengths. Additional lengths are available upon request.

Certification: Meets OSHA 1926.502, 1910.66, ANSI A10.32 and CSA Z259.2.2 Type 1 requirements.
