The Concrete Horizontal Lifeline system comes with everything needed and is installed with no special tools or equipment, just a standard torque wrench.
System fits 3/4" dia. shear connector studs, most rebar configurations, #3 to #6 rebar and both 2.5" to 12" center to center, and I-beams with flange widths of 10" to 25" and 1/2" to 3" thick.
Allows complete freedom of movement and protection for two workers per span up to 4 workers per system for complete versatility. Provides 100% tie-off, once connected you can traverse the entire length without disconnecting for added safety. Flexible single span systems for distances up to 60 ft., multi-span systems are available to provide unlimited distances for complete versatility.
Complete with two stanchions with built-in fastening system for quick and easy installation, they are adjustable from vertical 20 degrees left or right for easy passage, or completely horizontal for transportation to the jobsite.
Cable assembly includes the Zorbit energy absorber with turnbuckle for added safety and tensioning of the system.
System length = 60 ft. (20, 30, 40, and 50 ft. systems are also available).
