This easy to operate unit is designed for use with angled slope descents. Use where it is necessary to direct the user to a specific landing area or when the user must be held stable during the descent (such as in windy conditions). No power source or special skills are required. Rated for one user at a time. Descent speed will be approximately 6 feet per second with a maximum of 310 lb. user. Meets or exceeds all applicable industry standards including OSHA.

Easy to use: - Connect the emergency descent device with the guide cable sleeve and suspension bars to a user supplied and installed guide cable. - Once the unit is secured to the guide cable, connect the snap hook to the D-ring on your harness and step off the structure.
