If you'd like to check the status of an order, (or cancel one that hasn't been processed), please go to the customer account page.
What does my order status mean?
Recent = Your order has not been processed. Changes can be made or order can be cancelled.
Review = Order has entered the processing system.
Hold = Your payment was declined or we have questions about your order.
Approved = Your order has been processed and is shipping from the manufacturer.
Processing = Your order is being shipped from our TX warehouse.
Preorder = We've had to order more stock to complete your order but will ship as soon as possible. Average delay of 1-3 additional business days.
Cancelled = Your order has been cancelled and you should have been notified via email.
