Minimum Quantity:  48 Hard Hats

One time screen charge:  $75

Run charge (each order):  $35

Hard Hat Imprint Areas:  Front, Back, Sides

When printing colors other than white on colored hard hats, it may be necessary to add an underlay color to achieve a better color match.  In these instances, an additional imprint charge will apply. 

You will be notified before any extra charges.  We will not proceed without your approval.

Lead time is approx.  3 weeks after approval of artwork.

Due to possible pad printing errors, orders may be shipped with a slight underage.

Depending on size of logo, additional art plate fees may occur.  You will be notified before any extra charges.

Camera ready artwork must be supplied. 

Camera ready artwork must be supplied.  The definition of camera ready artwork is black art on a white background.  The image/letters must be clear and must be the exact representation of the desired logo.  For multi-color logos, artwork must have individual color separations with registration marks.  Photocopies, business cards, drawings, decals, faxes etc. are not considered camera ready. 

Artwork submission:  for the best quality, vector artwork is the best type of image to submit (AI, EPS).  A bitmap or raster image (jpeg, tiff, gif, bmp) is acceptable, but please be aware that fine details are often lost because the image is made of small pixels.  That can create a jagged effect to the artwork when etched into the printing plate.
