ERB Hard Hat Imprinting

 

Plate Charges:  $65 each.  One plate per color, per location for each logo.  A plate charge is a one time charge and will be kept on file at ERB for future orders.  Plates are not transferrable to another manufacturer. Orders with 95+ units will receive one free plate charge.

 

Setup charges:  $25 for orders of 1-23 units.  Free for 24+ units.

 

Color matching:  Please provide a specific PMS coated number.  Custom color match is available for $25 per color.  Exact color matching is not guaranteed due to printing on plastic.  When printing on hat colors other than white, it may be necessary to add an underlay color to achieve a better color match.  In these instances an additional imprint charge will apply.  We will notify you of these situations.

 

Artwork:  Vector artwork is the preferred format.  A Raster Graphic where one measurement is at least 5 inches at a resolution of 600PPI is also acceptable.  Artwork recreation / editing is also available at a fee of $75 to meet the requirements of the printing process.  Typesetting services are also available at a flat fee of $50.  Font style must be on file.

 

Stock Logo Imprints:

No plate charges for stock logos. 

 

Terms:  All custom work must be prepaid in advance.  No exceptions.  All custom work is non-returnable and non-refundable.  Orders may not be cancelled once artwork proof has been approved.  Changes may not be made after artwork proof has been approved except possibly to quantities to be printed (may be increased).  Occasionally, orders may be shipped with a slight underage due to printing errors.  Please plan ahead for this.
