Shipping Information / US Shipping:

Locations: At this time, Star Safety ships to the US addresses only.

Methods: We primarily use UPS but reserve the right to ship via USPS or other methods as needed. The method chosen at checkout is not a guarantee that that is the way your order will be shipped.

Address Corrections: Please make sure you have provided a full and valid address. Any correction fees incurred will be billed to your credit card or invoiced separately.

Time Frame: 95% of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. You can generally expect your order within 3-7 days. We ship from many warehouses across the U.S. and often ship directly from a manufacturer to save time. As we carry 10's of thousands of sku's, stock-outs can happen and you will be notified as soon as possible with the option to cancel your order or wait. If your order is a special order or custom item, you will be notified as to approx. lead times.

Rush Orders: At this time, we try to process all orders in a very timely manner, and usually are done on the business day they are received before 2:00 pm Central. If you have special circumstances, please call us to see if we can assist with your needs. Please note that we do not guarantee expedited shipping methods nor do we guarantee when an order will leave our warehouse, thus Overnight shipping maybe be a couple of working days.

Expedited Shipping: While we do offer expedited shipping options for certain products, it is highly recommended that you contact us via phone to make sure we understand and can meet your needs. Expedited shipping fees will not be refunded for any reason once the order has left our warehouse.

Free Shipping on individual products: Free shipping on specially marked, individual products under 2lbs is available to all US States and protectorates via USPS. Over two lbs is only available to the 48 continental states.

Customer Pickup: Customer pick up is available immediately on many items. Other items can be picked up with 3-4 days notice. Please call ahead to place your order and we will advise you when your order will be ready. Should you wish to come by and browse our most popular selection of Safety Vests, Safety Glasses or Hard Hats, we are open Monday to Thursday from 9-4:30. A $4.75 charge per order is applied to pick up orders.
