Return Policy*

We're sure you'll be completely satisfied with your item. However, if there is a problem we do accept returns of unopened and unused product.
1. Log into your customer account and request a return or Before you return, contact us at 214-570-1000 for instructions. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted or will be subject to a $10 administration fee.
2. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We do not accept returns after this point.
3. The return must be received by us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund.
5. Upon receipt of your return, it will be inspected and if we can sell it again, we will refund your money less shipping charges.
6. Original shipping charges to you are non-refundable.
7. 15% restocking fee applies.
7. If you had special pricing on a bulk order or free shipping, a restocking fee and other fees may apply.
8. Custom, imprinted or special order items may not be returned.


Exchanges:

Please follow the return policy above. You can immediately order your replacement item but payment will be required. A credit will be issued when we receive your returned item(s) if they are new and unopened.
